This took about four hours. :3 I worked on inking it in and basic coloring last night. So that took about three hours. And then when I woke up about two hours ago I finished it. Not really needed information but oh well.

It was a picture I was origionally going to color in the last time I had photoshop but it ran out so I decided to just color it now. <3 I really like it, too. I'm not real good with backgrounds but I still like it.

I tried making puddles everywhere but I pretty much failed at that. xD I also failed at trying to make Angel's hair look wet so I just left it how it was. Hope you all like it. Oh and sorry for submitting something again. I was too eager to submit it today.

You did very well! My favorite parts are the halo around her and the way you made her hair curly as if it was wet. <3 It's very beautiful. Great job, as usual!

Thats friggin beautiful :love: I love the background and serenity of the pic ^o^ The lighting is fab and the shine on her eyes and silver is great ^^ I especially love the pose and her expression, like she's dreaming or looking up to the sky or something <3 I really like the rain too simple but lovely <3 I love how you did her hair too like it's all wet and floppy<3 Amazing job Angel :love:

I like the effect and the way its a "Dark night" since thee's no background detail, it looks like the rain blocked it out, which is neat! ^^
The weird thing is, it started raining when I saw this O.o;

Who the hell invented BARNEY? I mean, just imagine - some random dude sitting down with a bunch of papers going like, "I GOT IT! I'M GOING TO MAKE A BIG FAT SCARY KID-SCARING PURPLE DINOSAUR TEACH KIDS NUMBERS!!"

I just put random white dots all over the picture then used the motion blur effect to make it look like rain. ^^ I saw it in a tutorial.
